It's reminded that everyone should or rather has to read the R&R! There are a few changes to the ruleset used in previous tournaments.
Also, you are kindly reminded that the "weapnext;wait;wait;weapnext" or any bind that is equivalent is BANNED in this tournament. Marshals will be keeping a look out for usage of such binds. You or your team could be disqualified for this. BEWARE.
